Lord of the Rings anime film streams an extended clip
Lord of the Rings anime film recently streamed an eight-minute extended clip of the film. The extended clip was streamed by Warner Bros. Additionally, the company will stream another featurette that showcases a few clips of voice actors working their magic in the studio.
The upcoming film titled Lord of the Rings: The War on Rohirrim is set to make its international debut on December 11, 2024. The community is quite excited about this movie as it is set 183 years before the events shown in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Fans will witness Hammerhand, the King of Rohan, in all his glory as his kingdom fights against an army of Dunlendings led by Wulf.

As mentioned, the upcoming Lord of the Rings anime film streamed an extended 8-minute clip. It showed glimpses of the film featuring Helm Hammerhand, the King of Rohan. However, people are afraid of him. His own people were worried because rumors suggested that he turned into a wraith. He killed a small army without a weapon, and there wasn’t a single weapon that could hurt him.
The extended clip from the Lord of the Rings anime film proceeded to give Hera some screen time. Hera is Helm Hammerhand’s daughter, tasked with leading the people of Rohan. Her father entrusts his kingdom to her as they make their last stand against an army of Dunlendans.
The clip ends with a duel between Hera and Wulf, the leaders of Rohan and Dunland. Fans will be interested to note that Rotten Tomatoes has also streamed two videos from the Lord of the Rings anime film. These two clips feature moments from the war with plenty of focus on Hera.
As mentioned, the upcoming Lord of the Rings anime film will debut internationally on December 11, 2024. In the US, however, the movie is slated to release on December 13, 2024. The official runtime of the film is 134 minutes, which is 2 hours and 14 minutes.
The film is directed by Kenji Kamiyama. He has worked on several titles, such as Blade Runner: Black Lotus and Star Wars: Visions, among others.
