Sarada's Mangekyou Sharingan might hold the key to reversing the Omnipotence in Boruto
In Boruto Naruto Next Generations Chapter 80, Sarada awakened her Mangekyou Sharingan. Unfortunately, she has yet to utilize it in a fight, and not utilizing such an overpowered doujutsu caused the fandom to unleash criticism of the character. Unfortunately, she might not use it soon, but she would ultimately cancel Omnipotence.
Sarada's Mangekyou Sharingan resembled the Yata Mirror from Japanese mythology. The mirror symbolizes truth, meaning that Sarada might be the one to uncover Eida's Omnipotence and return the protagonist to the village. However, she might receive this mirror as she awakened Susanoo, which would be similar to what Itachi had.

Boruto: Exploring the abilities of Sarada's Mangekyou Sharingan
In Boruto Naruto Next Generations, after Eida activated the Omnipotence, the protagonist was framed as the outsider and the Seventh Hokage's killer. Due to this, he had to escape the village as soon as possible before the shinobi of the village could kill him. Where everyone was going against him, Sarada in particular was worried for his friend's well-being.
Therefore, she stopped Sasuke before it was too long and pleaded for the protagonist's innocence while crying. While she did this, she awakened her Mangekyou Sharingan which was enough for Sasuke to protect the protagonist. As Sasuke didn't tell his daughter about her newly awakened powers, there might be a chance that Sarada isn't even aware of her awakened Mangekyou Sharingan.
This could be the reason why she still hasn't utilized her abilities. However, she might use these abilities during a turning point in Boruto and that could be due to her relationship with a treasure. The Yata Mirror is a treasure from Japanese mythology that signifies honesty and wisdom. Moreover, this treasure resembles Sarada's Mangekyou Sharingan, which connects them.
Sarada might use it to release everyone from the Omnipotence Shinjutsu technique and prove all allegations against the protagonist wrong. However, what ability of the Mangekyou Sharingan might utilize the powers of the Yata Mirror? These abilities might arise from Sarada's Susanoo which would be a copy of the one Itachi Uchiha had.
The conditions required to awaken Susanoo are to have Mangekyou Sharingan in both (which Sarada had). Itachi's Susanoo, which he awakened during the fight against Sasuke, was special as it had the Yata Mirror, a shield that could negate any jutsu technique.
Together with his Susanoo's Totsuka blade, Itachi could be an invincible shinobi (at least according to Black Zetsu). Given how the Yata Mirror is already present in the series, Sarada might inherit her uncle's Susanoo abilities (without the Totsuka blade) and would negate the Omnipotence Shinjutsu technique during the last part of Boruto Two Blue Vortex.
Final thoughts
Sarada's relationship with the Yata Mirror might be the reason why she was one of the two people who weren't affected by the Omnipotence Shinjustu technique. This would make her the perfect arch-nemesis of Eida who would end her illusion and save her close friend.
