
Indian women's recurve team qualify for Rio Olympics

The Indian women’s recurve team comprising of Deepika Kumari, Rimil Buriuly and Laxmirani Majhi booked their places in the Rio Olympics with a 5-3 win over Germany.
The second set turned it around for the Indians where they posted two scores of perfect 10. The Germans hung in there, but six scores of 8 and no 10 in the third and fourth sets cost them a place in the last eight.
India will take on Columbia in the quarterfinal.
