A native of Oklahoma, Chloe met Jackson while the pair were students at Stillwater High School in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Jackson is the eldest son of former St. Louis Cardinals slugger Matt Holliday and played baseball in high school after being introduced to the sport from a young age. He was selected by the Baltimore Orioles in the first round of the 2022 MLB draft.

Jackson Holliday's road to MLB did not come easy. After a strong start to the 2024 season in Triple-A Norfolk, Holliday was called up to the O's in April, but was sent down after several weeks without making an impact. He was recalled in the summer and hit his first MLB home run - a grand slam - against the Toronto Blue Jays on July 31.

The third member of Jackson Holliday's nuclear family is Coconut, their pup. The dog has been an integral part of their lives, evidenced by its presence on the social media platforms of the Holliday family.

Last week, Chloe shared Instagram stories, featuring Coconut. The pup eagerly watched as Jackson Holliday carefully balanced a charcuterie board. Chloe captured the Instagram story with the caption:

"The balance."

As the Orioles crashed out in the Wild Card Series to Bobby Witt Jr.'s Kansas City Royals, Holliday's offseason began sooner than expected. As such, the Orioles rookie and his wife traveled, which they often shared on their social media.

Holliday's performance towards the end of the season was not satisfactory. Even though he showed a good account of himself after the Orioles recalled him from the Triple-A, Holliday's performance waned towards the end of the season. The 2022 No.1 draft pick was not even part of the team's starting lineup.
