In Photos: Lance Lynn's wife Dymin recaps their 'weekend in Oxford' featuring White Sox's Andrew Vaughn and his spouse Lexi
Although they no longer play on the same team, Lance Lynn and Andrew Vaughn remain friends. Recently, Lynn's wife Dymin posted some pictures of the pair of couples taking in a football game during a fun-filled weekend.
On Monday, Dymin Lynn took to her Instagram account to share some images of the fun weekend she just had. Alongside Andrew Vaughn and his wife Lexi, the Lynns were at Vaught–Hemingway Stadium in Mississippi to watch Ole Miss play Georgia, winning 28-10.
Lynn himself was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals out of Ole Miss back in 2008. Nearly a decade-and-a-half later, Lynn and his family retain strong ties to the place where his career really began.
Between 2021 and 2023, Lance Lynn and Andrew Vaughn were teammates on the Chicago White Sox. Although the pair do not play together any more, their apparent shared love of college football, coupled with the fact that their spouses seem to be friendly, has kept the pair in touch.
After divorcing his first wife, Lynn met Dymin Hayes in the late 2010s, and married her in 2020. The pair now have two daughters and a son together. An online personality and influencer, Dymin is known for her personal blog "Dymin in the Rough".
A broadcast journalism degree holder from Columbia University, Dymin certainly understands media. The 42 year-old often uses her social media platforms to poke fun at her husband, and comment on her lifestyle as the wife of an MLB pitcher.

After playing for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2023, Lynn returned to his old team, the Cardinals, in 2024. Through 23 starts this season, Lynn went 7-4, pitching to a 3.84 ERA, and 109 strikeouts in 117.1 innings.
Lance Lynn part of veteran cull in St. Louis
Now 37 years old, Lynn is not the pitcher that he used to be. On the first day of the offseason, the Cardinals announced that Lynn, along with other arms Keynan Middleton and Kyle Gibson, would not be getting team options stamped in 2024. As president of baseball operations John Mozeliak told MLB.com:
“But things also have emerged since then, right? We're certainly in a different spot than we were a year ago. But yes, those veteran guys did everything that we had hoped for.”
While Lance Lynn's future in MLB may not be in a state of flux, at least the veteran pitcher is making the most of his offseason, even if it is his last.
