MLB sluggers have not disappointed fans this season. There has been no shortage of fireworks, as hitters have been piling it on opposing pitchers. Some of the top sluggers are guys that insiders and fans believed would be in the top 10.

However, some names have stepped it up and surprised many this season.

Here's a closer look at the top 10 hitters and where they could be positioned in Week 22:

MLB Power Hitter Rankings Prediction: Week 22

#10. Rafael Devers

After starting the season on the wrong foot, Rafael Devers has been tearing the cover off the baseball. He is currently hitting .294/.372/.579 with 27 home runs and 77 runs batted in what is arguably his best offensive season to date.

#9. Yordan Alvarez

Yordan Alvarez started putting it together at the plate in June. Since then, he has not looked back, helping the Houston Astros climb up the AL West with his .306 average and 25 home runs.

#8. Jose Ramirez

Jose Ramirez has quietly led this Cleveland Guardians team all year. He has been impressive with his .273 batting average, 32 home runs, and 30 steals. He has now eclipsed the 30 home runs and 30 steals mark for the second time in his MLB career.

#7. Marcell Ozuna

Marcell Ozuna has stepped up for the Atlanta Braves when they needed it the most. They will continue to rely on him considering their recent injuries, so he must keep it up. He leads the NL in batting average (.308) and two home runs from tying the NL lead.

#6. Gunnar Henderson

Gunnar Henderson had a bit of a slump a few weeks back but is back to being one of the top MLB sluggers. He must keep at it if he and the Baltimore Orioles want to keep the New York Yankees on their toes.

#5. Vladimir Guerrero Jr.

While his team has not turned many heads this season, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has. Since June, he has nearly done nothing but launch balls over the fence, with 21 in under three months.

#4. Juan Soto

Juan Soto has been the sparkplug the New York Yankees have been looking for. He has been incredible at the plate, hitting .299/.430/.607 with 36 home runs and 93 runs batted in.

#3. Shohei Ohtani

Shohei Ohtani has cooled off at the plate this month, but he is still nearing history. He is nearing a 40-40 season and could be the fastest player in MLB history to do so.

#2. Bobby Witt Jr.

Bobby Witt Jr. has been spectacular this season. He leads all hitters in average (.352), hits (178), and runs (110). If it were not for the person ahead of him, he would be a large favorite to win the AL MVP Award.

#1. Aaron Judge

Aaron Judge has been the guy across MLB this season. He has been the top-rated power hitter for months now and does not look to be slowing down anytime soon.

Judge is the clear favorite to win the AL MVP Award after hitting his 48th home run of the season on Thursday. He has the Bronx Bombers looking like a true contender this year.
