Alex Rodriguez's girlfriend is a fitness trainer and uses her nursing background to share tips on how to stay in top shape through her program, JACFIT. It's a six-week program that was launched during the COVID-19 pandemic and helps maintain fitness. It has only grown in numbers since then, with many popular celebrities now using the program.
On Saturday, Corderio organized a fitness bootcamp where she shared fitness tips with members of JACFIT. There, she can be seen donning a red pink swimsuit.
"Two times out of the year, where you can go off, culturally off your performance supplementation. So, for me, the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas, I don't touch performance stuff. I just give myself high instrument, like backing off," Cordeiro said in the video.
"The only thing I would take is a primer. When on vacation, you don't need to pack anymore than you do, plus you can go without your performance supplements while you're on vacation. Pre-workouts, like your heat, your fast cardio, maybe carnitine, whatever you're taking to either."

Meanwhile, A-Rod and Jaclyn Cordeiro have been dating since Oct. 2022, when they were first spotted taking a stroll in California. Since then, with fitness and their daughters at the center, their relationship has been harmonious, having recently coming off a European vacation.
