Jaclyn Cordeiro's boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez, owns a minority stake in the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves and their WNBA counterparts, the Minnesota Lynx. Naturally, that makes the T-Wolves the team to support for Cordeiro as well.

When Alex Rodriguez and Jaclyn Cordeiro celebrated T-Wolves playoff win with star Anthony Edwards

The Minnesota Timberwolves, inspired by rising star Anthony Edwards' strong performances, enjoyed a good run deep into the playoffs in the 2023-24 NBA season. Arguably the best moment of the season for the Timberwolves was when they defeated the then-defending champions, the Denver Nuggets, in Game 7 of their series to qualify for the Western Conference finals.

Naturally, co-owner Alex Rodriguez and Jaclyn Cordeiro were present at Ball Arena to celebrate the huge win with Minnesota's star. Cordeiro later posted a video of the joyful courtside scenes just after the end of the game on Instagram.

In the following series, Minnesota saw its season end as it was overpowered by the Luka Doncic and Kyire Irving-led Dallas Mavericks, who went on to be runners-up.

In the 2024-25 season, the Timberwolves are off to a 4-3 start, sitting in the middle of the pack in the Western Conference with five other teams as play began Wednesday night. Alex Rodriguez and Jaclyn Cordeiro will hope they can grow in consistency as the season goes on and hopefully go on to make the NBA Finals for the first time in franchise history.
