Bryce and Kayla Harper both hail from Henderson, Nevada, and despite going to different high schools, they began dating each other during that time. They kept in contact together despite going their separate ways for college as well.

Kayla played soccer for Ohio State University while Bryce Harper started the 2010 season in the SWAC with the College of Southern Nevada. The Washington Nationals selected him with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2010 MLB draft, where he went on to make his professional debut in the majors in 2012.

After years of dating, they got engaged in July 2016 and got married five months later in December in San Diego.

Their first child, Krew Aron, was born on Aug. 22, 2019, their second child, Brooklyn Elizabeth, was born on Nov. 12, 2020, and their youngest child, Kamryn Ray Harper, was born on April 22, 2024.

The lefty slugger is currently enjoying the offseason by spending time with his wife and kids.

The Harpers reside in Philadelphia where Bryce continues his attempt to secure a World Series for the Phillies since they last won it in 2008.

Last season, Harper had an average of .285 with 30 home runs and 87 RBIs with a .898 OPS.

Harper and the Phillies finished the regular season atop the NL East standings with a 95-67 record. However, they quickly exited the postseason after losing the NLDS 3-1 to the New York Mets.
