Bryce Harper's wife Kayla turns heads in all-black ensemble during Katy Perry's Jingle Ball concert
With another long and arduous baseball season done and dusted, it appears Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper and his wife, Kayla, are making the most of the downtime. The two are spending plenty of quality time with one another, most recently at Katy Perry's Jingle Ball concert on Dec. 13.
On Tuesday, Kayla Harper took to Instagram to post a series of pictures from the concert as she turned heads in an all-black outfit.
In one of the photos, Kayla and Bryce posed with the Philadelphia Eagles mascot. Another photo captured Katy Perry on stage.
According to reports, Bryce Harper first crossed paths with his future wife when the pair were school students in Las Vegas, Nevada. The pair started dating in high school, going on to tie the knot in December 2016. The couple currently have three kids together, a son Krew and daughters Brooklyn and Kamryn.
Bryce Harper's wife Kayla takes to Instagram to post heartfelt message on their eighth wedding anniversary
On December 16, two-time NL MVP Bryce Harper's wife, Kayla, took to Instagram to post a heartfelt message dedicated to her husband, as the couple celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary.
"8 years married + 16 years together and you’re still my favorite human. Happy anniversary, love you forever 💋" Kayla Harper captioned her Instagram post
On the field, Harper had yet another strong season, finishing the regular season with a .285 batting average, 30 home runs and 87 RBIs. The 32-year-old was one of the most important players for the Phillies as they won the NL East championship for the first time since 2011, ending the Atlanta Braves' recent domination of the division.
Heading into October, it was looking like the 2024 season could finally be the one for Bryce Harper to lift the World Series title that has eluded him for so long. However, it was the all too familiar story of postseason heartbreak for the superstar, as a spirited New York Mets outfit beat the Phillies in the NLDS.
For now, the eight-time All-Star can afford to take his mind off the field and focus instead on spending plenty of quality time with his wife and three kids.
