Josie, the daughter of Jose Canseco, is set to return to reality TV after a hiatus. Her last appearance on screen was in 2014, and now the 27-year-old is making a comeback with a new show on MTV. Josie shared on her Instagram that she will be appearing on "MTV's Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets," which is slated to premiere on July 23.
“Haven’t touched reality in 10 years… but I’m back, let’s see how this one goes. #surreallife season 2 airing 7/23 on @mtv!” Josie wrote as the caption.
The cast of the second season of “Surreal Life” (rebooted) includes Tyler Posey, Macy Gray, Chet Hanks, Ally Brooke, O.T. Genasis, Kim Zolciak, Johnny Weir, and Josie Canseco. The first rebooted show of the original “Surreal Life” premiered in 2022.
Josie made her television debut with her mother on VH1's Hollywood Exes in 2012, and she also appeared in the second season of the web series "Summer Break 2" in 2024.
Besides being a TV star, Josie is also a famous model. She has worked with brands like Sherri Hill, Frankies Bikinis, Nike, Juicy Couture and Alo Yoga, which helped her gain fame and get the chance to walk in 2018’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
Josie Canseco being cosy with former NFL player Johnny Manziel in a concert
Josie Canseco was spotted having a cosy time with former NFL star Johny Manziel at a concert. The daughter of the famous baseball player Jose Canseco took to social media on Sunday to share glimpses from the outing.
Although the name of the concert was not revealed, Josie shared snippets from the Metlife Stadium, which included pictures of the food and the conversations that she and Manziel had during the performance.
"My kinda day," Josie wrote as the caption on one of the pictures.
Josie and Manziel had been seeing each other for a while now. TMZ first reported the rumors in April that the two were dating when Josie posted a story on her social media in which her leg was resting on Manziel.
The rumors picked up when SPUN.com reported that during a Celebrity Poker Night game in April, Canseco was spotted taking a call from Manziel and was heard saying, “I love you,” over the call.
Moreover, Josie posted a series of photos on Instagram captioned as family, including one of her puppy and Johnny Manziel
Manziel had an unsuccessful stint with the Cleveland Browns in the NFL. Since then, he has played in other football leagues, including CFL and for the Memphis Express in the Alliance of American Football.
