Corey Seager's wife Madisyn reacts as husband blasts longest homer of the season at 457 feet by a Ranger
Texas Rangers star shortstop Corey Seager's wife, Madisyn, celebrated the lefty slugger's long 457-foot home run against the LA Angels at Angel Park on Monday. This was the farthest home run a Rangers player has hit this season.
At the top of the first inning, with a runner on base and a 0-2 count against Halos starter Davis Daniel, Seager smashed a top-of-the-zone fastball straight into the center field hill.

Madisyn celebrated her husband's towering home run by sharing a post on her Instagram story with four bomb emojis. Take a look at the story here:
Corey and Madisyn are high school sweethearts and crossed paths for the first time while studying at Northwest Cabarrus High School in Kannapolis, North Carolina. Seager had committed to playing college baseball with the South Carolina Gamecocks but later turned it down after the Dodgers drafted him in 2012.
After years of dating, Corey Seager finally got down on one knee to propose to Maddy during a New England Patriots NFL game in 2019. The couple exchanged vows at Saddle Wood Farms in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, near Nashville, in front of all their friends and family members on December 5, 2020.
Seager had won his maiden World Series title a month before his wedding and was also named the Fall Classic MVP. The duo are proud parents to two Australian Shepherds, Hazel and Harlow. Madisyn is a self-proclaimed social media marketing specialist.
She is a huge baseball fan and attempts to make it to most of Corey Seager's gamedays at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. Seager has been in decent form for the Rangers unit this season, as he has extended his current hitting streak to 13 games in the regular season.
Corey Seager snubbed from an All-Star selection despite strong stats with the Rangers in 2024
Corey Seager has been one of the better performers on the Rangers roster this season. But despite that, he was omitted from the Midsummer Classic this season. The only two selections from the Texas roster are Marcus Semien and Kirby Yates.
Seager leads the roster in home runs (16) and OPS (.824), while he sits second to Semien in hits (81) and RBIs (45) so far this season.
Unfortunately, the two-time World Series MVP and four-time All-Star will be playing no part in the Midsummer Classic at the Rangers' home, Globe Life Field, on July 16.
