Former Yankees superstar Alex Rodriguez & girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro savor Mexican cuisine on romantic date night
Alex Rodriguez and his girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro had a great summer with the couple going on a European tour with their respective daughters. Their vacation included making stops in France, Portugal, Italy, and Monaco and finally returning to Paris to attend the Summer Games.
Alex Rodriguez brought his daughters, Natasha and Ella, on the European vacation, while Jaclyn Cordeiro also had her daughters, Savannah and Bella for the getaway.
While the duo are fitness enthusiasts, every now and then they do explore different cuisines. On Friday, the fitness trainer shared some pics with A-Rod from what appeared to be a Mexican dinner date at Casa Neos in Miami. The couple enjoyed some nachos and other food items during their time there.
Alex Rodriguez and Jaclyn Cordeiro have been dating since 2022 after they reportedly met at Beverly Hills in California. The next Christmas in Dec. 2022, Cordeiro was snapped with A-Rod's daughters, confirming the dating rumors.
Cordeiro is the founder of JACFIT, a six-week fitness program that helps individuals attain physical fitness.
Alex Rodriguez praises Jaclyn Cordeiro for helping him shed over 30 pounds
The former New York Yankees star praised Cordeiro for helping him with his fitness, which saw him shedding over 30 pounds in a year. During an interview with The Post, he said:
“She’s been a good influence with me. I’ve been working hard and trying to stay in shape, and continuing to try to copy some of her great work ethic and health and wellness practices,” A-Rod said.
“I think what’s unique about her is that she’s gone from nursing for over a decade and she’s now shifted post-Covid into health and wellness. So she comes at it from a very organic, very scientific point of view, and she’s helped me tremendously. I mean, like I said, I’ve lost over 30 pounds [with help from Cordeiro],” Rodriguez added.
Apart from Jaclyn Cordeiro's fitness program, the 14-time All-Star also credited change in his diet as having helped him attain peak fitness.
“I’ve been training seven days a week. I’ve eliminated a lot of the steak. I was a big steak eater. I used to eat steak probably eight out of 10 days, and now only one or two [days] out of 10 days. And then I do these 45-minute walks after dinner.”
Alex Rodriguez also said intermittent fasting has been of great help to him during his fitness transformation.
