Katia Reguro is a vocal speaker on social taboos, which are less talked about and discussed by the masses. She is a podcast host by profession and founded 'The Un-a-Parent' podcast in August 2022. This podcast discusses the unsaid facts and truths involved with parenting. Talking about the podcast, she said:
"I'm doing this podcast as much for myself as for others. I needed a creative, intellectual, stimulating outlet, and it stemmed from a desire to start conversations that I felt I might have needed back when I was pregnant and becoming a parent, and the first few months that were just so overwhelming. And it didn't seem like there was enough authentic conversation surrounding what parenthood is actually like."
She met Francisco Lindor on Instagram for the first time, as the Mets ace even shared the story behind how he approached his now wife. In an exclusive interview with the New York Post in 2022, Lindor said:
"I messaged her on Instagram. Her picture popped up and I was like, 'This girl is beautiful!' We talked for three months and then I met her in Arizona 'cause I was out there for spring training. We just hung out and I was like, 'I think she's the one.' At first, I was a little bit like, 'Ahh, I don't want to really commit,' but I knew that she was the one."
The couple got married on December 16, 2021, in Miami, Florida, and are proud parents of two daughters, Kalina Zoe, born on November 4, 2020, and Amapola Chloe, born on June 17, 2023. The happy family of four reside in Queens, NYC, where Francisco Lindor is currently playing with the NY Mets after having signed a blockbuster ten-year $341 million deal in 2021.
