"Hand him the MVP” “I heard he was washed” – Yankees fans hyped as red-hot Aaron Judge crushes third home run over past five games

New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge did not get out to the best start this season. He did not look like his usual self at the plate, which started to worry the faithful fans in the Bronx.

Those fans are starting to calm down as Judge has recently turned it up offensively this past week. On Friday, he crushed his third home run in five games against Chicago White Sox starter Mike Clevinger.

Judge got out to a 3-1 count and got the pitch he was looking for giving his club the early 1-0 lead. The home run traveled 433 feet straight to left field giving him his 12th of the year.

Given how Juan Soto has performed early this season and the recent hot streak from Judge, the Yanks could be unstoppable. This is the last guy fans of other teams want to see get hot.

"Hand him the MVP" - one fan posted.
"I heard he was washed" - posted another.
"And people were worried about this guy smh" - posted another.

Yankees fans could not be happier with the surge Judge has been on lately. They quickly took to social media to poke fun at the haters who said Judge was going downhill.

"Man people were talking nasty about him now look" - said another fan.
"This recent stretch gotta be like watching Bonds" - said another.
"People really doubted this man.." - said another.

Even with Judge not firing off home runs early in the season like usual, the Yanks were still a top team. Now with their captain on a heater, the rest of the league should be on notice.

Earlier in May, Aaron Judge was not cutting it at the plate. There were discussions about whether Yankees manager Aaron Boone would move him down in the order or not to give him a different look.

Now, Judge has risen to the player fans know he can be. On Wednesday, he became the first player this season to amass four extra-base hits, with a chance to hit five but was walked in his final at-bat.

Since then, Judge has been the hottest hitter in the league. Do not be surprised if he keeps up this hot streak at the plate for a while.
