"He's just a pitcher" - Paul Skenes' girlfriend Olivia Dunne teases Pirates star after finding $2000+ worth signed baseball cards of rookie
Paul Skenes' girlfriend, Olivia Dunne, was at the Fanatics Fest held at the Javits Center in New York over the weekend. She engaged in multiple activities there, including signing memorabilia for fans, getting the LSU belt from WWE and even imitating her beau. However, she drove a hard bargain while shopping Skenes' baseball cards.
During the festival, Dunne went to shop for Skenes' signed baseball card from Topps. There, she was surprised to learn about the different and inflated prices of the cards. Livvy inquired about the price of two cards; one for $750 and the other for $2400.
She wanted both of them and in her defense, she said teasingly:
"But he's just a pitcher."
Finally, the seller and the social media star agreed to a price of $2450 for both cards. That's ($2400 + $750) $3150 brought down to $2450, a bargain of roughly 8%.
Olivia Dunne's stay at NYC was filled with friends, Fanatics Fest, LSU belt and being Paul Skenes doppleganger
On Friday, the LSU gymnasts arrived in New York City for a weekend full of events. In her black chic outfit, she first went for dinner with her friends in the city, where she enjoyed delicious dishes. Then she arrived at the Javits Center to engage with fans and do multiple other activities.
Upon her arrival, on behalf of fans and WWE, the social media star received the LSU Legacy Championship Belt, which she raised like a wrestler.
"I'm wearing that to the gymnastics," Dunne said. "Victory is mine. This is the best. This is insane. You said the WWE? (Yep). Is this like an official, like ... (Yeah), official LSU license. It's cool."
Next up, Olivia Dunne dressed up like her boyfriend, Pittsburgh Pirates rookie Paul Skenes, to imitate his pitching at the hall filled with fans. She was in a Pirates jersey and even threw a pitch. Following that, she put on an acrobatic finish to settle into a pose.
Following her stay in NYC, Olivia Dunne went back to Baton Rouge at LSU as she prepares herself for what would be her final season with the Lady Tigers.
