Alex Rodriguez's fitness model girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, is a fitness freak and workaholic, maintaining a rigorous workout routine to keep herself in shape. She also loves to dress up and posts images and videos on Instagram.
In her latest Instagram story, Jaclyn Cordeiro rocked a chic brown bodysuit dress as she went on a day out with her father to a Canadian dinner. Cordeiro shared an image on her Instagram story, along with her outfit for the day, captioning:
"Daddy's Girl."
Alex Rodriguez and Jaclyn dated for several months before they announced their romantic relationship by sharing a family image with both his daughters during the Christmas holidays in December 2022. They met for the first time after A-Rod had parted ways with singer Jennifer Lopez.
Jaclyn has helped him to live a healthier lifestyle and also shed extra pounds. The former Yankees ace said in an interview with The Post in April:
"She’s (Jaclyn) been a good influence with me. I’ve been working hard and trying to stay in shape and continuing to try to copy some of her great work ethic and health and wellness practices."
A-Rod added:
“Just being consistent, which is what I’ve learned from her, has been very helpful. I’ve been training seven days a week. I’ve eliminated a lot of the steak.
"I was a big steak eater. I used to eat steak probably eight out of 10 days, and now only one or two (days) out of 10 days. And then I do these 45-minute walks after dinner.”

Since retiring with the Yankees in 2016, Alex Rodriguez has grown in stature manifold as he continues to diversify his investments with the A-Rod Corporation, a company he founded in 1996.
