Alex Rodriguez and his girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, are off to different destinations for a summer getaway. The fitness instructor has jetted off to Portugal while A-Rod and his two daughters, Natasha and Ella, are enjoying their time in Italy.
On Monday, Cordeiro posted two stories: in one, she was in the sky reaching Portugal and in the other, she was enjoying a delicious dish.
Rodriguez, on the other hand, posted pictures from a yacht, where he was watching a Yankees game, a boat ride with her daughter Natasha, a run-in with the president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Dana White, and capturing Ella and her companion Nick in a night event on a yacht.
Alex Rodriguez and Jaclyn Cordeiro have been dating for 1.5 years after rumors first floated when they were spotted strolling together in Beverly Hills, California. The couple went official on Instagram after Cordeiro posted pictures with Natasha and Ella during Christmas 2022.
Since then, the duo has been spotted at various events together. Also, their interest in fitness is also a common trait.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, A-Rod's net worth stands at $350 million.
Jaclyn Cordeiro transforms Alex Rodriguez's body; the Yankees star sheds over 30 pounds
The arrival of Jaclyn Cordeiro in Alex Rodriguez's life has resulted in a conscious effort by the former Yankees star to transform his health.
“She’s been a good influence with me. I’ve been working hard and trying to stay in shape, and continuing to try to copy some of her great work ethic and health and wellness practices,” A-Rod told The Post.
A-Rod finds Cordeiro's fitness regime "organic and scientific" and credits her for helping him shed over 30 pounds.
"I mean, like I said, I’ve lost over 30 pounds [with help from Cordeiro],” Rodriguez said.
A-Rod also mentioned key eating and fitness habits that he has changed, which have helped him with his health transformation.
“Just being consistent, which is what I’ve learned from her, has been very helpful,” Rodriguez told The Post. “I’ve been training seven days a week. I’ve eliminated a lot of the steak. I was a big steak eater. I used to eat steak probably eight out of 10 days, and now only one or two [days] out of 10 days. And then I do these 45-minute walks after dinner.”
He also added that he's been doing intermittent fasting for the last six months, which has helped him considerably.
