Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper is married to Kayla, a former Ohio State Buckeyes soccer player. The Harper family is enjoying the offseason post the Phillies' elimination in the NLDS against the New York Mets.

Harper and the Phillies led the National League in winning record for most of the regular season. They skidded in the last two months but clinched the NL East. However, Harper's dream to win World Series ring was shattered, as the Mets won the NLDS 3-1.

On Saturday, Bryce Harper with his wife Kayla and their three little munchkins, Krew, Brooklyn and newborn Kamryn Rae, paid a visit to Columbus, attending football and hockey games of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

The couple seemed to have had a great time, with Kayla sharing glimpses from their visit. She shared a snap from the sidelines while their two elder kids having a gala time with the Buckeyes mascot, Brutus.

Meanwhile, Kayla also got a chance to reunite with her former Ohio State friend Callie Meyer, and the duo posed near the sidelines holding their newborn

"Finally got to bring my little buckeyes to one of my favorite places in the whole world. It was so special seeing them run around a campus that I love so much. Ohio forever 🫶," Kayla wrote in caption.

The Harper family certainly enjoyed a thriller, with the No. 4 Buckeyes barely edging out Matt Rhule's Nebraska Cornhuskers in a 21-17 game. The Buckeyes improved to 6-1 and 3-1 in the Big Ten, setting themselves up for a deep college football playoff run.

Both the Harper couple have had a good time in sports growing up. Kayla was a decorated athlete, playing soccer for Green Valley High School and earning team MVP from 2009 to 2011. She broke the Nevada state record in career assists, won the state championship title and was selected All-American.

After graduating from Green Valley High School, she enrolled in Brigham Young University for the 2011 and 2012 seasons. After two years, she took a transfer to Ohio State, where she stayed from her junior year until graduation in 2015.
