New York Mets star Francisco Lindor has spent precious time away from the field after his team fell short against the Dodgers in this year's NLCS. The four-time AL All-Star has been spotted enjoying the offseason with wife Katia and daughters Kalina and Amapola.

In a recent Instagram update by Lindor's wife Katia, the pair set up a party celebrating Kalina's 4th birthday and Amapola's 1st birthday. Although Kalina was born in December of 2021 and Amapola in June of 2023, Francisco and Katya decided to celebrate their daughters' birthdays, simultaneously.

Francisco Lindor's wife Katia sheds light on the 2024 US presidential election issue

Francisco Lindor's wife, Katia Reguero, voiced her concern after the results of the 2024 United States elections came out. In the heavily anticipated elections, former US president Donald J. Trump won over current vice president Kamala Harris in what was one of the more lopsided Republican victories in recent memory.

The message was highlighted on the talk show 'Good Morning America' on Friday. Katia shared a screenshot of the said message that was received by citizens from states including California, Texas and New York.

Per Katia Lindor, the message was due to the election results and is another version of "Trump's America." The 45th and now 47th president-elect has been adamant in deportation of illegal immigrants in the country and has verbally taken jabs at the Hispanic and Latino population, who are currently residing within the borders of the nation.

After the commotion, the FBI announced that it would investigate the root cause of the chain messages and track down the people responsible for the unflattering situation.
