With Freeman nursing a sore ankle throughout the playoffs, Dodgers fans were concerned that it could potentially limit the first baseman's abilities heading into the World Series. But he put those doubts to rest as he hit four homers, 12 RBIs and batted .300 in the five games against the New York Yankees. After the Dodgers sealed their victory, Freeman was named the 2024 World Series MVP.

Dodgers fans will hope Freddie Freeman and co. can get some well-deserved rest after giving it their all in the 2024 campaign, and come back motivated to repeat in the 2025 season.
