In Photos: Jackson Holliday's wife Chloe creates 'li'l NC dump' of joyful memories with Orioles top prospect husband & pup Coconut
The Baltimore Orioles' top prospect Jackson Holliday might be busy climbing the ranks of minor-league baseball. But his wife, Chloe, is making sure to capture the moments along the way.
Chloe took to social media with a collection of photos and videos offering a glimpse into their life in North Carolina, filled with baseball, love, and their pup, Coconut.
In the first picture that Chloe shared on her Instagram story, the couple could be seen striking a pose in front of a mirror with their furry friend.
“Lil NC dump,” Chloe captioned the picture.
The collection further shows adorable moments between Jackson and his dog Coconut, followed by breathtaking shots of Harbor Park. Chloe even shared snaps from a recent drive that the Trio had.
In the last picture, Coconut could be seen having a quality time at Harbor Park, which Chloe captioned as:
“[laughing emoji] had to cool down a little mid fetch break w/ @jackson_holliday7”
Jackson and Chloe have known each other since high school. They got engaged in December 2022 and revealed their marriage in January 2024 through a social media post.
Jackson Holliday, son of former MLB All-Star Matt Holliday, was selected by the Baltimore Orioles as the first overall pick in the 2022 Major League Baseball Draft 2022. He signed a contract of $8.19 million which was the largest signing bonus for a high school player at that time.
Jackson made his debut in the Major Leagues in 2024 but unfortunately, his stint with the Orioles was short-lived. After going 2 for 34 and having a slash line of .059/.111/.059, the Orioles manager Mike Elias felt that Jackson needed to work on his form. So, he was demoted to the Triple-A affiliate of the Orioles that is the Norfolk Tides.
Jackson Holliday’s wife Chloe was present at Harbor Park to support him during the Tides-Bulls match
Jackson Holliday is back in the swing of things with the Triple-A Norfolk Tides after recovering from an arm injury. His biggest supporter, wife Chloe, was there to cheer him on Thursday’s game at Harbor Park against the Durham Bulls.
Chloe captured a key moment on social media, a grand slam by teammate Garrett Cooper that brought home Holliday, Connor Norby and Coby Mayo. The Norfolk Tides ultimately defeated the Durham Bulls 17-7.
Jackson himself had a solid performance, going 2-for-4 with two walks and scoring three runs. This strong showing fuels his hopes for another call-up to the major leagues after a tough first stint where he struggled to adjust to the big leagues.
He is currently batting at an average of .273 and has an RBI of 29, has hit 8 home runs so far in the minor leagues.
With Chloe by his side and a return to form on the field, Jackson Holliday looks primed to make another push for the Orioles in the near future.
