Pirates ace Paul Skenes played the series finale against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday. His LSU Tigers gymnast girlfriend Olivia Dunne was in the stands to cheer him on. Skenes had a difficult outing against Arizona at home in PNC Park, which got Livvy to stress out while watching the game.

After the game, the couple went on a romantic dinner date in Pittsburgh. Olivia Dunne took to Snapchat to post an array of stories while watching Paul Skenes pitch to the duo enjoying a delectable dinner. Take a look at the snapshots, which were captioned as:

"Yay."
"This game got me stressed."
"Off to din."
"This garlic bread omfg>."
"Oh yea."

Olivia and Paul are quickly becoming a power couple. They crossed paths for the first time on the grounds of LSU when Skenes transferred from the Air Force Falcons to the LSU Tigers in 2022, and Livvy was making an impact on the mat with the Tigers gymnastics team.

Both athletes excelled in their respective sporting fields. Paul went on to win the NCAA College World Series with the Tigers and also won the most outstanding ballplayer award. Dunne followed suit by helping LSU win their maiden NCAA title in gymnastics in April.

Since achieving collegiate glory, Olivia Dunne has signed a major NIL deal with Passes.com, which has helped her become the highest-earning collegiate athlete in America. She has amassed over 15 million followers across three social media platforms and supports Skenes through his endeavors at home with the Pirates.

Paul Skenes has been a dominant force this season since making his MLB debut in May. Against the Diamondbacks on Sunday, Skenes mildly struggled, though, as he gave up two runs on five hits, walked three and struck out just four batters in 5.1 innings pitched.

Paul Skenes will make his next start on the road against the LA Dodgers

Pirates rookie sensation Paul Skenes hasn't registered a win since the resumption of the season after the All-Star break. He will hope to turn that stat in his favor when he takes to the mound for his next start against the LA Dodgers at Dodger Stadium on Saturday.
