Pittsburgh Pirates ace Paul Skenes' girlfriend, Olivia Dunne, celebrated her 22nd birthday on Tuesday. A skilled gymnast and social media personality, Dunne boasts over 10 million followers combined on popular social media platforms Instagram and TikTok.
On Tuesday, Dunne gave her fans a peek into her celebrations for the occasion, as she posted a series of snaps to Instagram. In the images, Dunne holds her birthday cake, with her dog Roux also making an appearance.
Although the pup lives with Dunne in Louisiana, the pair often make the trip to Pittsburgh to visit Paul Skenes. The 1-year-old golden retriever is also popular on social media, and her dedicated page on Instagram has over 15,000 followers.
Roux's name is inspired by the Louisiana culinary staple of the same name, and is a nod to the state where both Dunne and Skenes went to college, LSU.

The Pittsburgh Pirates beat the New York Yankees 9-4 in the Bronx on Saturday, as Paul Skenes closed out his incredible first season of top-level baseball.
With the Pirates out of the playoff race, the organization probably already had one eye on next season and would try to wrap Paul Skenes in cotton wool to ensure he's healthy for 2025. Thus, the young ace pitched just two innings in Saturday's victory.
However, Skenes still shined in those two innings on the mound, as he struck out Juan Soto and Aaron Judge, two of baseball's best batters. Soto was called out on strikes while Judge swung through a breaking ball for two of the three Ks that Skenes registered in his short stint.
Olivia Dunne was also in the crowd at Yankee Stadium, cheering on Skenes as she has attended many a game this season. Following the ace's last outing of the season, Dunne posted several pictures with her boyfriend, the last of which showcased him on the mound at Yankee Stadium while Dunne looked on.
Skenes ended an excellent rookie season with a 1.96 ERA, 170 strikeouts and an 11-3 record. Pirates fans will be looking forward to the 2025 season with excitement, as it seems their prodigy is only going to get better and better.
