In Photos: Paul Skenes' girlfriend Olivia Dunne rocks retro shades & sleek black dress for Pirates' bridal shower party at PNC Park
Paul Skenes' girlfriend, Olivia Dunne, was at a bridal shower party inside the suit at PNC Park. On Monday, she shared snaps from the party where Dunne can be seen alongside other Pittsburgh Pirates wives and girlfriends.
The LSU gymnast was in a sleek black dress for the party. The bridal party was arranged by Bryan Reynolds' wife, Blair Reynolds, David Bednar's partner, Casey Bednar and organizer OPC By Ky.
Jack Suwinski's girlfriend, Rory Elizabeth, also shared photos from the event.
"2024 Pirates Brides!š¤ Feeling so loved and grateful I get to celebrate with these amazing women," Rory wrote in caption.
In subsequent snaps, Olivia Dunne celebrated Paul Skenes' maiden All-Star selection by decorating the house and surprising him on his arrival.
Finally, she informed her followers that she was headed to Milwaukee, probably to attend the game between the Pirates and the Brewers. In the latest snap, she added that she's heading back to LA.
Olivia Dunne returns to LSU for fifth and last year
There was uncertainty about whether Dunne would return for her fifth and last eligibility year after she had won the 2023-24 NCAA gymnastics title with the LSU Tigers earlier.
The 21-year-old top female NIL-earning athlete, though, took to social media to announce the news.
"Dear LSU, these past four years have changed my life. There's something about putting on a purple and gold leotard. There's something about competing in front of 13,000 screaming Tiger fans. There's something about being pushed by your coaches to be your very best. And there's something about being part of a team that made school history," Dunne said in the video.
"And no matter how many opportunities come my way off the mat, there's just something about LSU. And that's why I'm here to say, 'I'm not Dunne yet.' Hereās to Year 5, baby."
Dunne competed in nine meets last season, competing in the uneven bars and floor events, twice scoring 9.900 in floor.
She will join NCAA all-around champions Haleigh Bryant, Sierra Ballard, Chase Brock and Alyona Shchennikova with the aim of defending their NCAA titles.
