Olivia Dunne has been present for all but one of Paul Skenes' starts for the Pittsburgh Pirates this season. She has actively praised and cheered for her star boyfriend, who has been highly impressive this season since making his debut in the big leagues.
The sporting couple met on the grounds of Louisiana State University when Skenes transferred from Army University to play ball with the Tigers, while Olivia was already making a mark for herself with the Tigers women's gymnastics team.
The duo won NCAA championships in their respective sporting fields with the LSU Tigers, while Olivia Dunne won the NCAA gymnastics championship in April 2024 and Paul Skenes won the College World Series in 2023, soon after which he was selected as the No. 1 overall pick by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 2023 MLB draft.
Skenes registered his fourth win of the season on Monday night after giving up one earned run on six hits and striking out seven batters in the process against the Reds as Pittsburgh won the contest 4-1.
