It has been an interesting year for Olivia Dunne. She fulfilled her dream of winning the NCAA championship with the LSU Tigers in April. She increased her NIL earnings after signing deals with Passes and Nautica, elevating to second place in NIL earnings among college athletes. She now only trails Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders in On3's rankings.

She found the event unlike anything she had been to before.

“This is so cool,” Olivia Dunne said. “It’s different from any other red carpet I’ve ever been on. This is so chaotic; I’m having a blast! I’ve never walked on a carpet with anybody, so I was like ‘Alright are we going to hold hands? What are we going to do?’ It just came to us naturally when we got out here.”

Earlier in May, Dunne was in the PNC Park stands while Skenes made his MLB debut against the Chicago Cubs. Ever since, the rookie has dominated MLB hitters, with him sporting a 2.25 ERA in 15 starts while striking out 115 hitters. He's currently seen as a runaway for NL Rookie of the Year.
