In Photos: Paul Skenes' girlfriend Olivia Dunne sports black camisole & denim for Pirates game, cheers on boyfriend from stands
Paul Skenes' girlfriend, Olivia Dunne, was in attendance at PNC Park on Thursday night to watch the Pittsburgh Pirates take on the Cincinnati Reds. Dunne arrived in Pittsburgh through a private jet, where she was accompanied by her pet Labrador, Roux.
She wore black camisoles and blue denim for her gameday look and was joined by one of her friends. On Friday, she shared photos from her day in the stands, capturing moments in the game and also the final game win celebration.
Paul Skenes dominated the Reds hitters in the game, pitching six scoreless innings, only allowing two hits and one walk while recording nine strikeouts in the game. Pirates relievers' Ben Heller and Hunter Stratton carried Skenes' excellent outing, putting up blank to shut out the Reds and win the game 7-0.
In the next snaps, Dunne updated that she will return to Baton Rouge, where she will resume her preparation for the upcoming season, which will be her last as she aims to defend the NCAA crown with fellow LSU Lady Tigers.
Olivia Dunne imitates Paul Skenes at Fanatics Fest
Last weekend, Olivia Dunne was at the Javits Center in New York for the Fanatics Fest. There she met several celebrities and engaged in multiple activities. Among them was her donning Skenes' Pittsburgh Pirates jersey, his look including his signature mustache, and throwing a pitch in the hall surrounded by fans.
She followed her pitch, which she referred to as "splinker," with a few acrobatic moves and settled into a pose.
Moreover, on Sunday, Olivia Dunne went undercover, hiding herself behind a black outfit, to shop for Paul Skenes' Topps baseball cards. She was surprised to learn the prices of his signed baseball cards, initiating a bargain with the seller. Finally, both parties settled for $2450.
Both Paul Skenes and Olivia Dunne are having a year to remember. While Dunne fulfilled her aim of winning the NCAA championship with the Lady Tigers, the rookie ace has made a sensational debut, which has already earned him praise throughout the MLB fraternity, as he went on to start the All-Star Game for the National League.
