The All-MLB Awards are underway this Thursday evening at Chelsea Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada. The guests for the ceremony included Paul Skenes, Shota Imanaga, Emmanuel Clase, Tarik Skubal, Garret Crochet and Dylan Cease, among many others, who stole the show with their dapper outfits.
Here's a closer look at some images of the stars arriving for the gala shared by MLB in a post on Instagram:
Rookie phenom Paul Skenes arrived wearing a checkered brown with a white shirt and a printed blue, giving him a laidback look. The Pittsburgh Pirates star is a big favorite for Rookie of the Year and is a finalist for the Cy Young Award in the National League as well, finishing the year with an 11-7 record with a 1.96 ERA. He also led the Pirates with 5.6 bWAR.
Shota Imanaga missed out on the Rookie of the Year in the National League this year despite enjoying an excellent first season with the Chicago Cubs. Imanaga looked sharp at the awards night in a pristine black suit and shirt, complemented by a dark blue tie. The left-handed pitcher posted a 15-3 record with a 2.91 ERA and had 3.0 bWAR for the season.
Emmanuel Clase is the top contender for the Reliever of the Year in the American League after a dominant season with the Cleveland Guardians. Clase arrived at the All-MLB Awards in a sporty maroon blazer over a black vest with grey trousers and sneakers. These were complemented by a sparkling gold chain and stylish dark sunglasses. Clase led the AL with 47 saves and had a 0.61 ERA and 0.659 WHIP.
The players who were selected to the All-MLB first and second teams were also revealed on Thursday night along with the winners of the Hank Aaron Award.
MLB Stars arrive for All-MLB Awards
Tarik Skubal is the big favorite to claim the AL Cy Young Award this year after posting a Triple Crown season to help the Detroit Tigers end a decade-long playoff drought. Skubal decided upon a sockless style for the All-MLB Awards, wearing a pair of printed floaters and a sleek black suit over a black vest with a gold chain.
The Chicago White Sox had to endure a dreadful campaign in 2024, but starting pitcher Garrett Crochet enjoyed a breakout season in his first year as a full-time starter. Crochet kept it simple at the All-MLB Awards show by wearing a black suit and shirt with low-cut white sneakers on his feet.
Right-handed starting pitcher Dylan Cease enjoyed a memorable season since joining the San Diego Padres after recording a no-hitter earlier this year. Cease arrived at the All-MLB Awards wearing a black suit and white shirt without a tie which made him look both professional and relaxed at the same time.
