In Photos: Yankees legend Derek Jeter shares snap with wife Hannah during summer getaway in color-coordinated outfits
Arguably one of the greatest Yankees of all time, the legendary Derek Jeter had a thrilling summer this year alongside his wife Hannah Jeter, their four kids, and some of his friends from on and off the field.
Derek took to social media to share some delightful images from an extravagant summer, which starts off with a picture with Hannah as they rock color-coordinated outfits on their summer trip.

In the next image of the thread, Hannah is seen wearing a Derek Jeter childhood image imprinted T-shirt while enjoying pristine blue waters on a luxury yacht. In others, Jeter can be seen enjoying time with his peers.
He shares frames with CC Sabathia, NBA player Klay Thompson, and former NFL legend Michael Strahan at a Fourth of July party. Next, he was observed meeting with Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper during the Midsummer Classic. In another one, he was snapped with his former teammates from the '09 Yankees squad.
The next image showcases Derek Jeter sharing frame with the likes of Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Alex Rodriguez, Deion Sanders and actor Jamie Foxx at the FOX Sports annual program and feature announcement event.
He also shared a snap with legendary 49ers quarterback Joe Montana. In the last two, he could be seen with his peers at a charity event and with his wife shooting for a JEEP commercial.

Derek Jeter paid heed to a fan question asking about his best memory of the summer. The legendary Yankee replied via social media::
"Went away with the entire family for the first time ... took all four kids and Hannah and went away for a month."
Derek Jeter met Hannah Davis via mutual friends in 2012. The duo soon started dating each other before getting engaged in 2015 and exchanging vows on July 9, 2016, at the Meadowood Napa Valley resort in St. Helena, California.
The couple are now parents to four kids: three daughters, Bella Raine, Story Grey and River Rose, and a son, Kaius. The family of six resides in Miami, Florida, and Derek Jeter shared that since retiring from the MLB, his best memories have been with his wife and kids.
