Jackson Holliday's wife Chloe gives a sneak peek into a typical cozy day at home with her 'bestie' & comfort food
Baltimore Orioles rookie Jackson Holliday is away on a road trip, playing against the Colorado Rockies in Coors Field. Meanwhile, his wife Chloe and their pet dog Coconut are enjoying each other's company.
On Sunday, Chloe posted photos with Coconut, referring to it as her "bestie" and also enjoying her comfort food. She was having homemade chicken gnocchi soup.
Jackson Holiday and Chloe have known each other since they were teenagers attending Stillwater High School in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The duo began each other in 2019.
She also once worked as a model signed by Linda Layman Agency in 2020.
Chloe first introduced their pet to social media in March 2024 as she shared photos of Coconut at a beach.
Jackson Holliday proposed to Chloe in December 2022 in Punta de Mita, Nayarit, Mexico. Earlier this year, the duo tied the knot in January at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Manalapan, Florida.
Jackson Holliday gets help from Chloe on his swing
The No. 1 pick from the 2022 draft had a debut to forget going 2-for-34 in his first 10 games. This led the Orioles to option him back to the Norfolk Tides. There were also rumors that he might get traded at the deadline.
However, the Orioles gave him his second chance on July 31 and he has done well to solidify his spot in the lineup since.
During an appearance on "Foul Territory," Holliday revealed that it was his wife Chloe who spotted something unusual about his swing. This led the second baseman to look at his swing and sort it.
"Chloe usually watches me train, trying to figure everything out. She once told me it (my swing) looked a bit different. She's the best. Just having her watch me practice helped me know I need to sort out my swing," Holliday said [at 25:12].
Since returning on July 31, Jackson Holliday has hit .219, with five home runs, 19 RBIs and 19 runs scored in 30 games. The Orioles are mostly postseason bound and he may save himself a spot to play in October.
