Pittsburgh Pirates ace Jared Jones capped off his rookie season on Saturday against the New York Yankees. He finished with a 4.14 ERA, going 6-8 and recording 132 strikeouts. The Pirates ended their season 76-86, placing them last in the NL Central division.
In this campaign, Jones forged new friendships with fellow rookie teammate Paul Skenes and his girlfriend Olivia Dunne, explored new things and adventures, and also proposed to his girlfriend Rylie Fox near the seashore.
On Monday, with the MLB regular season completed, Jared Jones shared a series of photos encapsulating memories he created during the 2024 season.

The snaps involved pictures from Jared Jones' major league debut on March 30, enjoying a boat ride and other moments with fellow teammates Paul Skenes and Kyle Nicolas, dining out with his Pirates team, trying his hand at cooking and moments he shared with his fiancee Rylie Fox.
Reflecting on his first season in the majors, while many would say it showed potential, Jones was critical in his assessment.
"Just being myself, I would say it was terrible,” Jones said per MLB.com. “A lot of other people would say I had a pretty good one. After the injury, I kind of let some things go a little bit. Didn't have some of my best starts. Everything just kind of went up on me. That type of stuff happens during a long season, which is OK. There is a lot of room for improvement."

Throughout the season, Jared Jones would share moments with his friends, Paul Skenes and Kyle Nicolas. The Pirates' young trio have been spotted several times, enjoying each other's company in the dugout and off the field too.
In June, during an off-day, Jones and his fiancee Rylie Fox were joined by Paul Skenes, Olivia Dunne and Kyle Nicolas for a boat ride. The group of five seemed to be enjoying each other's company. They were pictured candidly, and Skenes eventually posted the snaps on social media.
Moments like this are expected to continue as both Jones and Skenes will be leading the Pirates rotation for a while.
