“Jazz, just play your position man” - Yankees fans call out Jazz Chisholm Jr. for cutting in front of Anthony Volpe and failing to make a play
Jazz Chisholm Jr. has been enjoying his career in pinstripes, especially now that the Yankees are just a couple of wins away from making it to the World Series. While Chisholm has settled down well in the Bronx, his enthusiasm to help his team win has been noted.
Chisholm tries to do his best for his team but not all of his plays have been in favor of the Yanks. During the top of the fourth inning in Game 2, Lane Thomas caught the ball with a half swing that went toward Anthony Volpe. However, Chisholm barged in and cut out the shortstop, failing to make the play.
Chisholm left two runners on base and some Yankee fans were not happy with his move. Fans quickly took to social media to share their thoughts on the same.

The Yanks had a strong performance with Aaron Judge, who finally broke his postseason slump. Judge went deep with a two-run blast to give his team some extra runs.
The Yanks had a strong offensive game as they scored six runs. They took advantage of the Guardians' in-field mistakes and already hold a 2-0 advantage in this series. Gerrit Cole had a decent performance for the team but was unable to last for more than five innings.
Clay Holmes picked up a win as he worked his way out of a jam, while Judge was the player of the game.
