MLB fans react to Alex Rodriguez embarking on a surprising new journey to write a book: "AI robots now are learning humor. We’ve gone too far"
Former New York Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez shared a photo on his Instagram account on Sunday of himself out in his yard with a piece of paper in his hand titled "Book," sending fans and users alike into a frenzy.
Rodriguez explained the motivation behind the piece of writing in his caption, saying: "Decided to start writing my book on lessons learned in business & baseball."
While it didn't look like he had gotten too far into the book-writing process, the news spread like wildfire, leaving Twitter in a conundrum about exactly what A-Rod was up to. Most were obviously happy to see A-Rod embark on his new journey, while others poked fun at the image.
This fan couldn't help but poke fun at A-Rod and maybe, just maybe, a certain ChatGPT reference, too.
This is what this fan apparently learned in boating school. The burning question is whether it is the picture of A-Rod's legs or the shortage of writing on the piece.
Well, A-Rod sure did get numerous fans fired up after his announcement, and this fan is no different. Alex continues to be a pioneer and role model to many in both baseball and business.
Spongebob reference or not, A-Rod's definitely coming in hot with news like this.
Alex Rodriguez the celebrated entrepreneur
Former New York Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez spoke multiple times in his career but has really opened up about the start of his journey as an entrepreneur since the end of his career.
He has gone on to successfully turn that dream into reality, as he owns a private holding company that deals in real estate, construction, high-end fitness centers and automotive dealerships. Rodriguez also part-owns the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves with business magnate Marc Lore.
"It’s official. @MarcLore and I are so excited to begin a new chapter with the Minnesota @Timberwolves @minnesotalynx. Today is a historic day for my family and me. After growing up witnessing my mother work two jobs, I never dreamed this would be possible," Rodriguez tweeted.
Rodriguez has also been featured in multiple TV ventures, prominently featuring as a shark on the ever-popular American reality show, "Shark Tank." He is also an analyst on Fox Sports.
