MLB The Show 24: Latest additions to game's exclusive Dimond Club ft. Tyler Glasnow and Corbin Burnes

MLB The Show 24, like other sports video games, includes roster updates throughout the season. This allows the game's developers to update the player's attributes following how well the player is playing.

For those holding onto some high gold players, hoping they become diamonds after Friday's update, you are in luck. Five players have been upgraded to the highest tier, including starting pitchers Tyler Glasnow and Corbin Burnes.

Both pitchers were sitting at 84 overall before MLB The Show 24's Friday roster update but were given the +1 boost to give them 85. Both would make great additions to your Diamond Dynasty squad if you are looking for another arm.

Other players who made their way to the next tier following the recent update include Tarik Skubal, Josh Naylor, William Contreras and Ketel Marte. Skubal and Naylor got the biggest boosts, going up three spots.

While many players saw a rise in their attributes following MLB The Show 24's roster update, some had their overall drop. One of these players includes New York Yankees star Aaron Judge.

Before Friday, Judge was sitting at a 93 overall, but dropped three tiers, moving to a 90 overall. This makes sense, given the former AL MVP's cold streak at the plate this season. Through 26 games, Judge is hitting just .186.

Another top player in the league to see their rating drop was Atlanta Braves slugger Matt Olson. He went from an 88 overall to 85 following the update.

Fortunately, this is just the beginning of the season and both players have plenty of time to get back up in the ratings. Do not expect these two sluggers to stay cold all year long.
