"More than the entire population of Australia" - Jackson Holliday's wife Chloe drops powerful message on 'forced labor'
Jackson Holliday's wife Chloe took a hard stand against 'forced labor' by taking part in Dressember. Dressember is a powerful movement carried out by the International Justice Mission to raise awareness about human trafficking and violence all around the globe.
The initiative simply requires an individual to 'dress up' every day in the month of December while educating friends and family members about the realities of human trafficking, violence, and forced labor. One also encourages them to donate to IJM's initiative to help end violence and alleviate people's poverty.
On Friday, Chloe took to social media to share her dress for the day while penning a powerful message to raise awareness against 'forced labor'. The caption on the post read:
"In my dress for @dressember w/ @ijm & @theincreasewomen π€π€π€π€π€π€ 28 million The number of people who are currently victims of forced labor. Thatβs more than the entire population of Australia. IJM knows how to bring them to freedom!"
Jackson Holliday and his wife are both involved in charity work. They take time out of their busy lives to help raise funds and be a part of charity drives to help the needy from various strata of society.
In December 2023, the couple traveled to the Dominican Republic to spend time with the community kids there and raise awareness against social stigmas that are prevalent in the society.
"Seeing these sweet people live out this verse has been so impactful! The joy that they have is unmatched! And the love the boys have for baseball is incredible and their talent puts a smile on your face! Jax and I are so grateful to have gone on this trip with @compassion."
Jackson Holliday and Chloe have been together since their high school days. The duo dated for several years before finally getting engaged in December 2022 followed by their wedding in Manalapan, Florida on January 6, 2024.
Chloe celebrated Jackson Holliday's 21st birthday alongside their furry friend Coconut
The Orioles rookie ace turned 21 years old on December 4. His wife Chloe shared some snaps with the second baseman and their furry friend Coconut on social media.
Jackson Holliday had a topsy-turvy start to his big-league career with the Orioles. He made his debut in April but was subsequently optioned back to the minors just ten games later.
He fared a bit better after his second promotion in July and will hope to make a more emphatic impact in both parts of the game next season.
