"My little baseball baby" - Mike Trout's son Beckham enjoys game hand-in-hand with mom while sporting temporary Angels tattoo
Like his Dad, Beckham Aaron, Mike Trout’s 4-year-old son, cheered for the Angels during their home series against AL West rivals, Oakland Athletics. Jess Tara Trout, Mike Trout’s wife, shared on Instagram how little Beckham held mommy’s hand throughout the game as the Angels swept the A’s on Wednesday.
Beckham Aaron had a little Angels tattoo (temporary) on his left hand, and despite Daddy not being in the lineup, little Trout attended the game at Angel Stadium.
“My little baseball baby,” she wrote in her story. “Always holding Mama’s hand.”
Earlier this year, Mike Trout made very clear that he wants to be in Anaheim, playing for the Los Angeles Angels and helping them win a championship.
“I’m loyal,” Trout said (via Bally Sports West). “I want to win a championship here.”
Trout started the season well with 14 RBIs, 17 runs, and 10 home runs in 29 games. Trout also showed determination by stealing 6 bases, his best since 2020. During his brief healthy stint, the Angels were at the top of the AL West, passing the World Series champions like the Texas Rangers and Houston Astros.
He sustained another injury in late April and underwent left knee surgery to repair his torn meniscus. There is no set timeline for his return, but Trout is expected to rejoin the Angels by the All-Star break.
But since then, their downfall hasn’t stopped, and now they are in fourth place with a 33-46 record. Although their recent sweep gave them a push in ranking, it remains to be seen how long they can maintain it, especially when their All-Star Trout is unavailable for the time being.
Mike Trout's wife Jessica penned a heartfelt note for her husband on Father’s Day
On Father’s Day, Jessica Trout, Mike Trout's wife, shared a heartfelt message expressing her enduring support and love for him.
“Witnessing you be “Dad” has been my biggest blessing & favorite season of life thus far — cheers to you, my sweet husband. Happy Father’s Day!”
They have known each other since high school and got married in 2017 after years of dating. They welcomed Beckham Aaron in 2020, and two months ago in April of this year, they announced that they are expecting their second baby.
