The decision turned out to be fruitful, as she has now founded a six-week fitness transformation through her program called "JACFIT."

Let them spin in their own storms; those whirlwinds belong to them, not you. You? You're moving to a rhythm only love understands, a calm so fierce it makes storms hesitate. You've earned every bit of it."

Alex Rodriguez's girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro turns on her nurse cloak-sharing hacks to avoid excess bloating

Three to four weeks ago, Jaclyn Cordeiro like every day, connected with her 5 AM Club and gave health and lifestyle tips. The point of conversation that day was excess bloating as Cordeiro went on to share three tips with her fans to avoid the issue altogether.

It was as follows:

1) Stress level

"Actually, as a nurse, from my professional experience, I've learned that most of the time when your body starts showing symptoms or displaying certain things, you might think, 'Hmm, what is that?'—it's often related to stress. Stress is a killer. So, be mindful of your stress," Cordeiro said.

2) Nutrition

"Don't put yourself in a position where you know certain things—even if they might be healthy—cause you to have an excess amount of gas or your body just doesn't break them down properly. If that's the case, it's just not for you. Add that to your list of things you probably need to avoid," Cordeiro said.

3) Don't drink out of a straw

"If you can help it, drink out of a glass. Plus, most straws are made of plastic—another reason to skip them. Let’s save the planet! I hope these tips help," Cordeiro said.
