Padres' Adrian Morejon's girlfriend Melany enjoys Gracie Abrams' "That's So True" with new hairdo in 1-piece workout jumpsuit
Adrian Morejon is a left-handed pitcher for the San Diego Padres and his girlfriend is popular on social media. There is not much information about his girlfriend, Melany, but she is active on social media. Her most recent update on Thursday shows her singing and dancing in her Instagram story.
The Instagram story that Melany shared shows her in a 1-piece workout jumpsuit, and singing along to the song "That's So True," by Gracie Abrams. Not only is she rocking a gym outfit, but she is also showing off a new hairdo. Melany wrote,
"new hair feelings @sadiekayhair"
This is not the first time she has shared updates about her appearance on Instagram; a similar post was made on Dec. 8.
Adrian Morejon could return to Padres rotation
Adrian Morejon might be getting overshadowed by his girlfriend, Melany, during the offseason, but he is still on the minds of the San Diego Padres. San Diego is looking to find a way to get back on top of the NL West Division and they could be looking for a big season from Morejon.
The lefty pitched out of the bullpen with the Padres during the 2024 season and he was mostly dominant on the mound. He could be seeing a new role during the upcoming season as the team is thinking about moving him back to the rotation. The General Manager, A.J. Preller, had the following to say at the Winter Meetings.
"We’ve been in that conversation internally about what that looks like for a few options in the ’pen. We haven’t made any final decisions," Preller said about Adrian Morejon, Stephen Kolek and Bryan Hoeing.
Time will tell if Morejon will move into the rotation, but he performed well in 2024, appearing in 60 games and posting a 2.83 ERA.
Moreover, he had 71 strikeouts in 63.2 innings.
In his MLB career, since 2019, Morejon has pitched in 110 games with the San Diego Padres and has a 4.15 ERA and has started just nine games. However, the 25-year-old appeared to establish himself as a reliable arm for the staff in 2024, posting his best year.
His most recent start was on July 2, 2023, against the Cincinnati Reds, when he pitched three scoreless innings.
