San Diego Padres superstar Fernando Tatis Jr. has been putting in the work this offseason, preparing for the upcoming 2025 season. On Wednesday, Tatis Jr. shared some of his training moments with his followers on Instagram.
In the clip, Tatis Jr. can be seen flaunting his strength while performing kettlebell exercises in a gym.
Tatis Jr. also added a fire emoji to his post, along with another emoji, while tagging Mount Everest, likely as a metaphor.
Fernando Tatis Jr. is coming off an injury-affected 2024 season. In June, he was placed on the 60-day injured list due to a stress reaction in his right femur. Despite the setback, Tatis Jr. played 102 games, finishing the season with a .276 batting average, 21 home runs, 49 RBIs, 32 walks, and 64 runs scored for the Padres.

Tatis Jr. began his MLB career with the San Diego Padres in 2019 and has been with the team ever since. He is currently on a 14-year, $340 million contract extension with the Padres he signed before the 2021 season.
