Pittsburgh Pirates' phenom Paul Skenes' girlfriend and artistic gymnast Olivia Dunne often shares snaps from her day-to-day life for fans on social media. Currently, Dunne is a gymnast for the Louisiana State University (LSU), one of the best collegiate gymnastic programs in the country.
Naturally, a significant part of Olivia's day is spent in the training center and the gym to ensure she's in top condition for competition.
On Tuesday, Olivia shared a picture of herself and teammate Kailin Chio via social media stories, showcasing their 'post-workout glow' after an intense cardio session.
Dunne also features in Prime Video's documentary 'Money Game', which premiered on September 10. The show explores how the lives of college athletes have changed drastically with the change in policies, which now allows them to profit from endorsements involving their name, image and likeness.
The LSU gymnastics side, for which Dunne and Chio play, won their latest title on April 21, 2024, winning the NCAA women's gymnastics championship. In July, Dunne confirmed her decision to stay at LSU for an extra year to continue competing for the gymnastics team.

On Monday, the Pittsburgh Pirates faced the St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium, as the Pirates began the first of their two consecutive series on the road. Paul Skenes and Andre Pallante took to the mound in a game that had the makings of a great pitcher's duel.
A regular at the PNC Park whenever Skenes takes to the mound in home games, Olivia Dunne makes sure to keep up with her boyfriend's performances on the road as well, tuning in on TV. On Monday, Dunne and her dog Roux watched as Skenes took on the Cardinals.
Skenes was typically dominant on the mound in his start in St. Louis, as he struck out nine and only gave up a single in six innings of work, registering a quality start.
However, as has been a major issue for the Pirates over the course of the season, the offense failed to support their pitcher with runs, getting shut out by Andre Pallante and co.
As a result, Skenes picked up his third loss of the season. For the 2024 campaign, he now has a 10-3 win/loss record, with a 2.07 ERA and 158 strikeouts.
