“Poor fella” “The front office should be ashamed” - MLB fans react to White Sox fan holding a board asking the team to win just one game

Nobody has it worse than the Chicago White Sox this MLB season. The franchise has been on a miserable slump after going through a painful 21-game losing streak. It's been a hard time for the club and its fans, who find it hard to watch their team struggling to pick up a win.

In 115 games played, the team won only 27 and things are not getting any better. Several players have been upset and the only possible way is to start over by making several changes.

The 2024 season is one to forget for the White Sox, but some fans are eager to watch their team win at least one game. In an image shared by 'Talkin' Baseball', one fan could be seen holding a board that says:

"C'mon guys, just win one. Please."

Reacting to the image, MLB fans took to social media to share their thoughts.

Here's a look at some other fan reactions below.

"Poor fella," wrote on fan.
"The front office should be ashamed of themselves," another fan wrote.
"At this point you might as well set records," wrote one fan referring to their losing skid.

Comments continued to flow in as several fans trolled the team.

"The White Sox will lose every remaining game except the very last game to finish 28-134," another fan chipped in.
"I thought it was bad with tony la russa as manger but White Sox out manage that another 10 year rebuild incoming," added one fan.
"Poor dude," added another.

Chicago White Sox become team with the second-worst losing streak in MLB history

The White Sox now have the second-longest losing streak in MLB history. The team tied the Baltimore Orioles after dropping their last game. The Orioles lost 21 straight games in 1988.

If the team loses another two games, they will be tied with the Philadelphia Phillies at the top. The Phillies lost 23 straight games in 1961.

The club's manager Pedro Grifol is also rumored to be getting replaced. Their last defeat came against another weak team, the Oakland Athletics.

As for their fans, they could only hope to have a better season next year with an improved team.
