Alex Rodriguez's European vacation reached Paris earlier this week as he attended Olympic events cheering on for U.S. and Dominican Republic athletes. On Friday, he posted a series of photos where he looked super tanned, to the extent that fans couldn't believe how much A-Rod's color had changed.
During his entire European getaway, where he visited Portugal, France, Italy and Monaco, A-Rod was on a ship the entire time, accompanied by his two daughters, Ella and Natasha, his girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro, and her two daughters, Bella and Savannah.
This ship tour has apparently left tanning effects on A-Rod's body, which has become a talking point among fans.
"Off topic but, A-Rod needs to chill out with the tanning. This man looks crazy," the text in the post read.
In the comments section, many fans considered him to be "Reverse Sammy Sosa." Sosa, a former Dominican ballplayer, looked dark during his playing time, but after retirement, his new images got many wondering, given that his skin was turning white. Now fans think the same is happening to A-Rod, but in reverse.

On July 27, former World Series champion Alex Rodriguez celebrated his 49th birthday on a cruise ship set on a European tour. He was surrounded by his family and friends as he shared photos from his birthday celebrations.
