Nathalie's Thanksgiving, 27th birthday celebration and Vladimir Guerrero Jr.'s 2024 season, along with contract extension talks with the Toronto Blue Jays
Nathalie recently celebrated Thanksgiving with her family, as she posted on Instagram on Nov. 29. The post included pictures of her daughter Vlaimel and a picture of their pet dog. She wrote in the caption of the post:
"My love ❤️ #happythanksgivng."
Nathalie recently turned 27 and celebrated her birthday in style, as she dressed accordingly for the special occasion. On Dec. 1, she made a post on her IG account, the post included several photos of her dressed up for her birthday, that she shared with her 60,000 followers. The caption of the post read:
"Birthday dump ♐️❤️🥂."
Meanwhile, in the 2024 season, Vladdy Jr. played 159 games for the Toronto Blue Jays. He had a batting average of .323, an on-base percentage of .396 and a slugging percentage of .544. He hit 30 homers and added 103 RBIs.
Apart from that, the Blue Jays are in talks with Guerrero to extend his contract. According to insider Carlos Baerga, they gave him a $340 million offer but he rejected it as he is looking for a $500 million deal.
The offer was made before the New York Mets signed Juan Soto for a record-breaking $765 million fee. That said, as Soto was able to get a massive $765 million deal, Vladimir is also looking for a $500 contract as his value would have also increased after Soto's historic deal.
It is still uncertain how the Blue Jays' pursuit of Vladimir will go on, or if it will take an unexpected turn in the near future, as Guerrero will become a free agent at the end of the 2025 season. That means the Blue Jays still have the 25-year-old for at least one more season.
