Rodon met Ashley when he was with the Chicago White Sox, and the duo hit it off soon after crossing paths. The two dated for almost four years before taking the next step in their lives and tying the knot at a picturesque location in Costa Rica in January 2018.
The duo welcomed their first child, a daughter whom they named Willow, in 2019. Two years later, in 2021, their joy multiplied after they welcomed their second child, Bo.
They welcomed their youngest kid, Silo, in April 2023, to complete a family of five that currently resides in the Bronx, where Carlos Rodon has been playing baseball with the Yankees since signing a six-year, $162 million deal in the 2022 offseason.
Rodon is 14-9 for the season with an ERA of 4.31, 161 strikeouts and 1.25 WHIP. He sustained a loss in his most recent start against the Nationals on Wednesday. Rodon gave up five earned runs on eight hits while walking two and striking out eight batters in 5.2 innings pitched. He will be hopeful for a win in his next start.
Yankees southpaw Carlos Rodon will be making his next start against the Rangers
Carlos Rodon will be hopeful of registering his 15th win of the campaign when he next takes to the mound. Rodon will go against the incumbent World Series champions, the Rangers, in Game 2 of the three-game series at Globe Life Field on Tuesday.
He will be up against Nathan Eovaldi, who has been subpar this season with a 9-7 record. Rodon has a good pitching mix at his disposal, which he will look to deploy on his next visit to the mound.
