WATCH: Alex Rodriguez's girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro shares glimpse of her life as a jet-setting entrepreneur mom

Alex Rodriguez's girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, is an entrepreneur who got into fitness training post-COVID-19. Before that, she was a critical care nurse, having done her Masters from the University of Windsor in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research and Clinical Nursing.

While A-Rod is observing a few off days before the Fall Classic between the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Toronto, Cordeiro was in Toronto as a guest speaker for Dreamer Day 2024, an event from BUILD A DREAM, a non-profit organization.

Jaclyn Cordeiro shared her pre-routine before getting on stage. In the video she uploaded, she first preps with make-up, choosing a formal outfit and as she walked up to the venue, she saw her cue cards so that she could revise key bits of her speech.

She wore a formal, polished outfit consisting of a light gray suit with subtle pinstripes. She paired it with a stylish black handbag with a croc-embossed texture and gold hardware, accompanied by a pair of sleek pointed high heels.

Jaclyn Cordeiro once revealed entrepreneurship was not in her blood

Jaclyn Cordeiro has stepped up to become an entrepreneur with her six-week fitness transformation program JACFIT and 5AM Club. She has built a clientele and continues to help many, like Alex Rodriguez and his ex-wife Cynthian Scurtis.

During an interview with Jaime Filler in 2022 on TRM, Cordeiro shared that none from her family was an entrepreneur before, and it was basically uncharted territory for her when she decided to quit nursing and engage in her fitness programs full time.

"I think the way my generation grew up, my parents didn’t have the opportunity to go to university or college," Cordeiro said (3:15 onwards). "It just wasn’t in the cards for them, so I think it was really important for my parents to encourage me to make sure I had an education beyond high school.
"When it came to that, I guess it wasn’t really a choice. My dad worked for the Big Three—he worked at Chrysler—and my mom was a stay-at-home mom until we were old enough to be in elementary school," she continued.
"So, for my parents, entrepreneurship wasn’t something they knew, so how could they possibly mentor me in that type of life if they hadn’t lived it? Education was key, and I think they believed that it was the gateway to doing better than they had."

Alex Rodriguez has also endorsed JACFIT and even said that it helped him shed over 30 pounds.
