WATCH: Paul Skenes' girlfriend Olivia Dunne rizzes up 4th of July celebration with viral song lip-sync
As Americans celebrated Independence Day, Paul Skenes' girlfriend, Olivia Dunne, added her own spark to the day. Dunne, who's known for her gymnastic skills and huge online following, created a buzz with a playful lip-sync video.
The LSU gymnast took to TikTok to post a video of her lipsyncing to the latest viral song “Good Luck, Babe!” by Chappell Roan, which has been trending for a few weeks. She even danced while wearing a red bodycon dress, matching the song's excitement level.
“Babyyyy #foryou #ny #4thofjuly,” Dunne wrote as the video’s caption.
Here's the video posted on TikTok:
Olivia Dunne, also known as Livvy, is one of the highest-paid college athletes in the country. She signed a $3.9 million NIL deal last year when she partnered with “Passes,” a social media platform that helps other social media creators monetize their online content.
Dunne recently collaborated with the global fashion brand “Nautica” for a marketing event in New York. During the event, she was introduced as the brand ambassador for Nautica's new spring women's sportswear.
"I am thrilled to be joining the Nautica family. It's a brand that I have been a fan of since I was a child. Nautica perfectly aligns with my lifestyle because it values confidence, versatility and style." said Dunne during the event (as per GIII.com).
Apart from her social media life, Dunne has been a constant support for her boyfriend, the Pittsburgh Pirates' top prospect, Paul Skenes, and was present at PNC Park during most of Skenes’ games.
They first met last year at LSU and have been a power couple ever since. Dunne helped the LSU Tigers win the NCAA title in gymnastics in April, while Skenes helped the Tigers win the NCAA College World Series last year.
Skenes being fueled by Dunne’s cheering has been going strong in his debut season. He's going for 4-0 and has an ERA of 2.06 with a total of 70 strikeouts. The ace will have his next start on Friday against the New York Mets at PNC Park.
