"Watching her grow into a beautiful young woman inside and out" - Albert Pujols' wife Nicole pens heartfelt Thanksgiving tribute to her daughter
Albert Pujols' wife Nicole Fernandez is hosting her daughter Sophia, from a previous relationship, this Thanksgiving Day. Nicole's daughter is the CEO of Rainbow Beads, a local novelty business she runs as she carries on her studies.
On Thursday, Nicole shared glimpses on the time spent with her daughter on the celebratory occasion. She prepared an array of delicious items, including roasted turkey, garnished with vibrant fresh fruits, like oranges, apples, strawberries and lime wedges.
She also prepared a large salad featuring mixed greens, orange segments, crumbled cheese (possibly feta) and perhaps dried fruits or nuts. In the last snap, the two posed for a photo which will serve as a memory.
"Today and everyday I am grateful of my daughter," Nicole wrote in her caption. "Watching her grow into a beautiful young woman inside and out has been a blessing. Sometimes I look at you in awe and can’t help but wonder how are you mine?

Albert Pujols and Nicole Fernandez also invited several guests over this Thanksgiving Day. They include Carla Alvarez, Juliana Ramia, Lissa Lomba, Leticia Coudray, Indhira and Vanessa Hernandez. All of them are friends with Nicole, as she wrote in the caption:
"Friendsgiving."
For the occasion, Nicole Fernandez, the daughter of former Dominican Republic president Leonel Fernandez, wore a rust-colored, short-sleeve, fitted dress with a gathered waist detail. She accessorized it with gold bracelets and small gold earrings.
Albert Pujols chose a a casual yet polished outfit with a light-colored, linen-textured button-up shirt paired with dark trousers.
Meanwhile, Sophia wore a vibrant pink and brown abstract pattern with a sleeveless design and bow details at the shoulders. She accessorized it with gold bracelets like her mother.
It seems the family had a nice time with friends over for the holiday dinner.
