"We’re the team that can do it" - Jazz Chisholm Jr. optimistic of Yankees doing the unthinkable, turning around 3-0 deficit in World Series
New York Yankees infielder Jazz Chisholm Jr. is confident of overturning the team's 3-0 deficit in the World Series after winning Game 4 on Tuesday. After falling to defeats in the first three games of the series, the Yankees avoided being swept by the Los Angeles Dodgers.
No team has ever come back after trailing 3-0 in the World Series, but Chisholm believes that if anyone can do it, it's the Yankees. Speaking to reporters after the game, he said:
"We know it's never been done, a 3-0 comeback, but we feel like we're the team that can do it."
While most of the Yankees bats have been contained in the World Series, they came out swinging with a lot aggression in Game 4. Home runs from Anthony Volpe, Austin Wells and Gleyber Torres, along with some agressive base running from the likes of Chisholm Jr. secured a 11-4 win on the night.
Despite the Game 4 loss, the Dodgers - with history on their side - undoubtedly remain the favorites, as they only need another win to wrap up the World Series, which could happen in Game 5 at the Yankee Stadium on Wednesday.

Both Jazz Chisholm Jr. and Anthony Volpe showcased aggressive base running, which helped the Yankees keep the pressure on the Dodgers bullpen. With his sixth stolen base of the postseason, Chisholm become the first Yankee to achieve the feat in a single postseason.
With his electric pace, Chisholm has always been a menace around the bases, After recording a career-high 40 stolen bases in the regular season, he has brought it to the World Series as well.
