Andrew Miller played for a lot of teams during his illustrious career. One notable stint was with the Yankees, but he also played briefly for the Orioles. He played for the Orioles only in 2014. In 2015, he moved to the Yankees. He stayed there until he was traded the following season as the Yankees retooled.

Mike Mussina played for these two teams for a long time. He spent 10 seasons with the Orioles and eight with the Yankees. The starting pitcher did not play for another team during his MLB career, so all his stats were accumulated on one of these two AL East rivals.

Aaron Hicks' Orioles tenure was short-lived. It only happened because the Yankees ran out of patience with him and DFA'd him from an expensive contract. The Orioles took a flyer and got 1.0 bWAR out of him through 65 games. He played the 2016-2023 seasons with the Yankees, though, and they were the team he was most known for during his prime.

Zack Britton, when he was with the Baltimore Orioles, was considered one of the best relief pitchers in the sport. He posted a season ERA of 0.54 in 2016, finishing fourth in Cy Young voting as a reliever. In total, he spent the 2011-2018 seasons with the Orioles before being traded to the New York Yankees. He then played with the Yanks from 2018 to 2022 and then retired after that.
